Changelog:

• Fixed crash when clicking "Customize Keyboard" button under Capture or TextSnap menu/ribbon tab - "Hot Keys" button.
• Still small changes to the way rectangular selection works, now you may adjust its size after first selecting it, it does not disappear when you move selection, so you can adjust your movement etc.
• Image effects and color changes were not immediately showing when changing a smaller area of an image, fixed.
